West Ham are currently in 17th place, 1 point above the relegation zone.

David Moyes is considered a candidate to replace Pellegrini in the role.

Mason Greenwood Could Start Under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is considering giving Mason Greenwood a run of starts due to his goal scoring form.

“He’s making it hard for me to leave him out,” Solskjær said. “I remember when I came to the club [in summer 1996] and I kept scoring a few goals [and] the manager’s comments were that it was hard to keep players who score out of the team. It’s very difficult now to put a team out there without having Mason in my mind.”

 

The 18-year-old has 7 goals in 19 matches on the season.

Greenwood has only started once in the league.

MLS Says Charlotte 'Likely' Last Expansion Team

MLS awarded Charlotte the 30th franchise in the league, which will likely be its last expansion team according to Don Garber.

"This is the right time for our league. It's the right time for the sport of soccer in America and it really is the right time for the ownership group. This is likely the last expansion team in Major League Soccer," Garber told ESPN.

Panters owner David Tepper paid $325 million to purchase the franchise.

Tepper's ultimate goal is to build a state-of-the-art stadium within 10 years.

“Napoli has decided to revoke the role of technical manager of the first team from Mr. Carlo Ancelotti. The relations of friendship, esteem and mutual respect between the company, its president Aurelio De Laurentiis and Carlo Ancelotti remain intact," released the club in a statement on Twitter.

Gennaro Gattuso is favored to take over at Napoli.

Amazon said that millions of fans streamed Premier League matches on its Prime Video platform, setting a record for most sign-ups to the service since launch day.

“We’re delighted that millions of football fans enjoyed watching Amazon’s first ever round of Premier League matches on Prime Video.” said Alex Green, the managing director of Prime Video Sport Europe. “We are excited to be the first ever broadcaster to bring fans all 10 games live in a fixture round. We are thrilled and humbled by the positive response from Prime members.”

 

The company spent $118 million for a 3-year package to stream specific matches on Prime.

Amazon has an estimated 9 million Prime subscribers in the UK.
