Manchester United completed a last minute loan move for Odion Ighalo.

The 30-year-old joins from Shanghai Shenhua. The deal comes with no option to buy.

United were linked with Joshua King, though Bournemouth could not find a replacement in time. 

Ighalo previously played from Watford from 2014-17.

Cedric Soares has moved from Southampton to Arsenal in a loan move.

"Cedric is a defender with good experience of the Premier League, and of course at international level. He is another strong addition to our defensive unit who will provide our squad with quality," said Arsenal technical director Edu.

Soares will be out for at least 3 more weeks due to an injury. 

Yannick Carrasco has rejoined Atletico Madrid on a loan deal.

Carrasco left Atleti two seasons ago for Dalian Yifang, where he scored 24 goals in 52 games.

The loan deal ends Atleti's pursuit of Edinson Cavani. 

Marcos Rojos has returned to Estudiantes on loan for the rest of this season.

The 29-year-old defender had been with Manchester United for 6 seasons, though playing time had diminished in recent years.

Rojos is looking to restart his career in time for the Copa America this summer.

Suso has joined Sevilla on an 18-month loan.

Sevilla have an option to buy the 26-year-old for $27 million.

Suso made a total of 128 appearances for Milan since joining the side in 2015, scoring 23 goals. 

Carles Perez has joined Roma on loan, with a $16 million option to buy from Barcelona.

Barcelona also has a first-option to buy back Perez.

The 21-year-old striker has 2 goals in 13 appearances this season.

Pablo Mari has agreed to a loan move to Arsenal.

Flamengo reportedly pulled out of the deal earlier this week, until Mari put pressure on the club for force a move.

"Pablo is an experienced player who will provide us with additional defensive quality. We have been monitoring Pablo's career for a while and we are very pleased to have reached agreement with Flamengo for him to join us initially until the end of our season," said Arsenal technical director Edu.

Real Madrid have created a new department to handle how it assesses players on loan.

The club have given preferential treatment to other sides it has a good relationship with in loaning out players, even if the move didn't make sense for a player's development.

Real Madrid will now focus more on player development in deciding where to loan its players. 

Valencia is monitoring Dani Ceballos' situation at Arsenal.

Ceballos is currently on loan from Real Madrid, but has struggled for playing time and is looking to cut his loan short.

AC Milan is also reportedly interested in signing Ceballos.

Victor Moses has joined Inter on a loan deal.

The move reunites Moses with Antonio Conte, and comes with an option to buy for $13 million.

The 29-year-old was on loan at Fenerbahce from Chelsea, though he struggled with injuries in Turkey.
