Jese Rejects Loan Move From PSG To Middlesbrough

Jan 25, 2017 3:21 PM

Jese Rodriguez has rejected a loan move to Middlesbrough to play for Aitor Karanka until the end of the season. Jese believes it would take him too long to adapt to the Premier League.

Paris Saint-Germain paid Real Madrid €25 million to sign Jese in the summer but he's become a surplus part for the remainder of the current season.

PSG would like him back nxt season.

Las Palmas are keen to bring Jese in on loan and a return to his native island is the player’s preferred move.

Martin Odegaard Joins Heerenveen On Loan Through June 2018

Jan 10, 2017 1:19 PM

Martin Odegaard has pledged to "prove what he can do" after joining Dutch side Heerenveen on loan from Real Madrid until June 2018.

Odegaard has failed to break into Zinedine Zidane's senior squad.

"I just want to say that I'm very happy and that this is an opportunity for me to show can I do. I'm very excited," said Odegaard.

Odegaard had been strongly linked with a move to Rennes since the summer but believes he has made the right choice in moving to Netherlands.

"I heard great things about this club and what they expected from me," he said. "The most important thing is my development and that is why I'm here.

"Real Madrid is the best club in the world but the best play there and that is why I decided to come here."

Jese Rodriguez Could Leave PSG During January Window

Jan 6, 2017 12:57 PM

Jese Rodriguez could leave Paris Saint-Germain during the January transfer window.

Jes has only started two matches so far this season and he is thought to be favouring a loan move to hometown club Las Palmas, rather than a possible Italian switch with either Roma or AC Milan.

"Jese needs to play to rediscover his rhythm and confidence," Unai Emery told reporters at Camp des Loges. "Here, he is not getting opportunities to play regularly. Leaving the team to get back to his best and increase his playing time is clearly an option."

PSG signed Emery from Real Madrid in the summer.
