Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said he has no plans to drop Dave De Gea despite his current run of poor form.

Manchester United has lost seven of their last nine matches.

"No, not at all, because I trust David and he's, for me, been the best player United have had in last six or seven years, absolutely outstanding," said Solskjaer.

"Going through tough patches is part of a footballer's career, and David will be fine."

De Gea's future with United is in doubt as he's yet to sign an extension.
