Mario Balotelli has been offered on a transfer to Besiktas.

Balotelli was loaned back to A.C. Milan this past season and is not in the plans of Liverpool.

“I offered Mario to Besiktas and I’m waiting for their answer,’’ Mino Raiola told Turkish media. “But I’m quite sure the transfer will happen as the president already assured me in the past that he would do everything he can to sign him.’’

Liverpool paid £16 million to sign Balotelli from Milan in August of 2014.
