Chelsea's £23 million bid to Roma for Radja Nainggolan has been rejected as the club is seeking at least £32 million.

Antonio Conte has made the 28-year-old midfielder, recently profiled by RealGM's Yu Miyagawa, his top priority in his first offseason with Chelsea.

“I have already said that we will not sell Pjanic and Nainggolan,” James Pallotta told Gazzetta dello Sport after the 3-0 win against Chievo at the weekend. “I would like to see them continue playing for Roma.”

Conte is also interested in signing Roma center-back Kostas Manolas.
