Petr Cech has suffered a dislocated shoulder during the opening minutes of Chelsea's Champions League match against Atlético Madrid.

Cech grabbed the top of the goal and landed awkwardly on an Atleti corner.

Mark Schwarzer will start for Chelsea in their critical match this weekend against Liverpool. He also will likely start in the Champions League return leg.
